Please note that arrival of your item takes 2-4 weeks if items are shipped via Registered or Parcel mail and .3-5 days if sent via Express Mail. Please check table below.

Note: You can only trace the item at your country's post office website once the package (s) arrives in your country. You can't track it from PhilPost website because their tracking system is not working at all. We do manual from here. You can check your tracking information here.

A. Items bound to United States, Australia, New Zealand, Asian Countries and some parts of Middle east will be shipped via Express Mail Service which will arrive within 3-5 days. Items bound to countries not mentioned will be shipped via registered mail which will arrive within 2-4 weeks.

C. Items bound to Brazil and other countries that has no agreement with the Philippines for IEMS exchange will be shipped via registered mail otherwise it will be shipped via Express Mail.

Shipping fee will be based on 2GO or LBC. If you are going to use PayPal, AlertPay and MoneyBookers for payment rates are calculated on international rates, we will refund excess. If you are going to use other payment methods which does not require you to pay immediately we will calculate shipping then send and invoice to your email address.
