Ifugao Igorot men's woven old pouch bag locally known as "butung or botong". Circa 1950's - 1970's. These are tucked into their loincloths of which they store small items such as betel nuts, leaves, lime container, tobacco, flint, wooden spoons, amulets, small knife and etc. Size: 12" X 23". Similar item can be found in Roberto Maramba's book titled Form and Splendor.
